Koperfontein Tuisprodukte is a small family run business situated just outside the small town of Hopefield in the Western Cape. Like with so many other small businesses, Koperfontein started out as a hobby suppling the surrounding community with traditional 'boerekos'. Only small batches of each product are produced to ensure the best quality.

The Pasta Salad is made according to an age old family recipe and has a bit of a kick - thanks to a small amount of Peri-Peri in it.
