Koperfontein Tuisprodukte is a small family run business situated just outside the small town of Hopefield in the Western Cape. Like with so many other small businesses, Koperfontein started out as a hobby suppling the surrounding community with traditional 'boerekos'. Only small batches of each product are produced to ensure the best quality.

This homemade Lemon Marmalade follows and old traditional recipe and is made with tick skin lemons which are sweeter in taste.
